It's pretty shit quality, even for a .gif.
Don't get me wrong, I think the concept was good, the quality just need some improvement.
And I never really was a giant fan of level 59.
i know i just wanted an improvement. i'm not that good with "Paint" at all thats why it's crapy. i just wanted a new image thats looks cooler. i wanted to mix it up. in fact i wondered if i should turn LV.60 in to a fire ball in satins hand. who thinks that would be cool?

Whoa, you used MS Paint to make that? I'm sorry, I thought you used Flash. It's actually pretty good for Paint, I must say.
As for that Level 60 bit, I recommend using GIMP or PhotoShop to do that.
PhotoShop costs a lot, but GIMP is free.
