Since there is already a walkthrough for the game I'll just be helping all who read this with the medals.

When you get to the Totem Pole help the Bird, Hitler, Cat, and Baby Turtle thing bully the bear. You'll get the medal, a Satan costume, and part of the indian chiefs name.

Ultimate Pest

Bully your own boss.
In your Box of Wonders you can see your boss who tells you what your items are. Click him for a while and when he says stop KEEP CLICKING!

Ultimate Savior

Defend the weak.
When you get to the Totem Pole help the Bear against the rest. You'll win a bear costume, a medal, a new friend and the FULL name of the indian chief.

Ultimate Spitter

Real cowboys spit a lot.
In the saloon there is a spittoon. In it you'll spit, the medal you'll get, and make everyone uncomfortable in the room.

Nature Boy

Become one with the dessert.
Talk to a cactus. To do so just click one a lot.

When you get to the top floor of the saloon you get dead boner + medal since you probably thought you'd see a naked chick, LOL AMIRITE? But really that all you have to do.

Do lose your head

Sometimes it's ok to lose your head over something.
Touch Cuboy, you sick pervert. All that for a medal (witch I have too)

Nude Boy

Walk around (almost) naked.
Give the town drunk in the saloon about 6 or 7 beers. He'll give you a suit. Put it on and I'm sure you'll know witch one it is.
